However, the availability of services may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and traffic situations. We do not undertake major mechanical repairs on-site, and if a vehicle requires extensive repairs, we will tow it to a service station of your choice.

We aim to provide a fast response time, typically within 30 minutes, but actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, distance, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate location details and vehicle information to facilitate quick service. In case of delays beyond our control, we will keep the customer informed.

Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of service, vehicle size, and distance. Additional charges may apply for extended services, night-time assistance, or special towing requirements. We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other accepted payment methods.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our technicians to work on the vehicle. They should also possess a valid driving license and vehicle documents when requesting towing services. If incorrect information is provided or the service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

While we take utmost care in handling vehicles, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or mechanical failures unrelated to our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not accountable for delays, further vehicle damage, or third-party losses due to breakdowns. Additionally, if the requested service is beyond our operational capabilities, we may not be able to proceed.
